From recruitment agency to technology partner
OneStop IT Talents was founded in 2018 with a simple aim: to bridge the gap between great IT professionals and the Australian businesses that need them — through a process that goes beyond the résumé.
What started as a focused recruitment agency grew into a full technology partner — adding software development and managed offshore teams, with a headquarters on St Kilda Road in Melbourne and an operations centre in Noida, India. Along the way we served 30+ clients across government and enterprise, and grew to a team of 40+ specialists.
After years of doing recruitment the hard way — manually screening hundreds of CVs, writing job descriptions from scratch, juggling spreadsheets — we knew there was a better way. So we built it. That's Skilio.

Ashish founded OneStop IT Talents in 2018 with a vision to bridge the gap between world-class IT talent and Australian businesses. With deep industry experience spanning IT recruitment, software delivery, and technology consulting, he built the company from the ground up into a trusted partner for enterprises and growth-stage startups across Australia.
Under his leadership, OneStop has developed specialist practices across Intershop, Magento, Duck Creek, Guidewire, and cloud-native DevOps. The result is a truly differentiated IT services firm with dual Australia–India capabilities.
